If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we are here to help you! It is possible to carry out free returns or exchanges within 30 days from receipt of the order. You can return the product in exchange for a good shopping, a different product or a refund direct with the original payment method.
We ask that you take note of the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items on request cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must still have the label and must be returned in the original packaging
- Returned items must not show visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the following steps:
- Log in to our online returns portal using your email address and order ID
- Choose the products you want to return or exchange from your order
- Ship the products to the address you will receive via email
Further information:
- We issue the refund as soon as we receive the product and check the conditions, usually in 48 from reception.
- The return costs are charged to the customer.
